Shipping Policy

Shipping within India

  1. At Tejaswini Store, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national and International Logistic Companies. Though we have partnered with the best logistics partners in domestic and international space, during Lockdowns, National Holiday and due to COVID-19 restrictions, the delivery of your shipment might get further delayed. 
  2. Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.
  3. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above INR.5,550. For orders below INR 5,550, we charge a flat Rs.140 shipping fee.
  4. Address change will be accepted only if an order has not been shipped.
  5. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Made to orders are dispatched within 7 working days. Our prices are all inclusive. GST is included with the listed prices except Octroi/customs, if applicable in your region. 
  6. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.  

Shipping Outside India

  1. International Shipping is FREE for orders above $380. For orders where shipping charges are applicable, it will be directly calculated at your checkout page
  2. Tejaswini Store does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses
  3. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order
  4. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Most orders are delivered within 10 to 12 working days. Made to orders are dispatched within 7 working days. Any custom taxes/charges has to be borne by the customer.
  5. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Tejaswini Store will not be responsible for it.
  6. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information
  7. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the pack
