Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Tejaswini Store:
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after the payment the said amount will be reversed back in same mode of payment.
The decision made by Tejaswini Stores in this regard will be final.
Cancellations by Indian Customer
If, unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at customercare@tejaswinistore.com
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment.
- No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Tejaswini Stores and accept Tejaswini Stores’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Cancellations by International Customer
- If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before 24 hours and we will refund the entire amount.
- Currently do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
- Refunds shall only be made in Indian Rupees and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received. Buyer shall bear any foreign exchange conversion risk, loss, charges or fees, if any.
All returns are subject to the discretion of Tejaswini Legal Team. But we're a friendly bunch :)
